Starting Down the Path
I’m not 100% certain how I got started down this path. I earn a decent living in a “conventional†job, but like everyone, feel frequently frustrated and trapped between the walls. I like to travel, enjoy volunteer work and have even done several overseas medical missions trips to Latin America. I want to spend more time doing these things…the things that I feel truly matter, instead of the things that fill the coffers of my employer.
So I began to explore other opportunities to earn a living. If I can create an income through the internet, I can be free of the confines of my workspace, able to live and volunteer where I like, while still paying the bills and overwhelming student loans.
Some of my exploration involves purchasing and reading available material online, other explorations include my own internet research including the blogs of others which I try to link in my blogroll when I feel that they have something fresh to offer.
