April Earnings – Good Despite EBay’s EPN migration

This month’s summary of April’s earnings, from a few different sources.  Keep in mind that I was out of the country, and away from internet access for fully half of april…so I’m pretty pleased with this.

April was the month that ebay went “in house” with it’s EPN affiliate program, leaving Commission Junction, or “CJ”.  This caused a major stir in the BANS house, with the product creators scrambling to get out updates for every previous version of the software.

They did an amazing job.  As far as I can tell, I have not had any loss of clicks or income from the switch as many others seem to have claimed.  My CJ stats were falling off inMarch, before switch, so I think it was a matter of my sites falling out of the Google Stardom spot and sinking in the rankings.

Anyway, long overdue, here they are:

  1. Build a Niche Store (Commission Junction): $82.24
  2. Build a Niche Store (Ebay Partner Network): $44.95
  3. Text Link Ads: $53.24
  4. Wealthy Affiliate Commissions: $42
  5. AdSense:$3.81

Total:   $226.24

Not bad, not bad.  Oh yeah, expenses:  Wealthy Affiliate: $29

Profit: $197 

Not my best month (March was actually better, but I never posted my delayed clickbank earnings).   However, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised next month as I’ve already surpassed last month’s earnings and it’s not even midway through May yet.   I am LOVING Wealthy Affiliate’s Forums and 8 Week Internet Marketing Course!

Soon, I’ll start posting a graph of the earnings…it will be cool to see it rising exponentially as my skills improve.
